The third Monday of January has been called Blue Monday, and it's considered to be the most melancholic day of the year. So, we thought of some ways you could prepare yourselves to make it a little brighter!
1. Start your day with some fresh flowers.
Decorate your workspace with a colourful bouquet of your favorite flowers.
They'll keep you happy for the whole week if you take good care of them!
2. Cook (or order, we're not here to judge) a big brunch.
Pancakes, benedict eggs, avocado toast and all, and take some time off to enjoy eating it.
3. Put on your favorite outfit, the one that makes you feel like your best self.
