When it's hot

It already feels like summer, doesn't it? 




That's why this weekend finds us laid by the poolside, sunbathing and enjoying our company under the hot greek sun, along with our favorite accessories -on sale until Monday May the 15th!!- our summery Slip and the always playful Eda Mini. And you know, what they say... when life gives you lemons, make a lemonade ~or a lemon and basil martini, to accompany your brunch ;)





3 basil leaves, plus 1 basil sprig
1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce limoncello
1/2 ounce bianco vermouth (sweet white vermouth)
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice


In a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves with the Simple Syrup. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the sprig; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the sprig.
