Sporos, which in greek means seed, is the name of our new FW1718 Collection, stating the rebirth of ippolito.
The seed that gets planted creates a new life.

 

 

But, seeds can, also, improve our everyday life and boost our energy, through their "magic" powers. Here's a recipe for our favorite seasonal smoothie, perfect for an autumn day like that, yummy and healthy. 

 

 

INGREDIENTS
For 2 12-ounce smoothies
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons agave nectar
2 tablespoons flax meal
1/3 cup oats
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk
Pop the ingredients in a blender, and go from mix to liquify in steps. Let it blend on liquify (or the highest setting) for 30 seconds. The trick to this smoothie is REALLY blending it.  Taste and add more almond/coconut milk if you like a thinner consistency.
